MicroStation to Unity - Offset Object Origin

I have V8 DGN files and use MicroStation CONNECT Edition, and I want to convert them to FBX and import in Unity. I use Navisworks to convert the DGNs directly to FBX using Navisworks.

My problem is with the origin and pivot point of the object. When I import in Unity, the origin is at position X, but the actual model is very, very far off, and I cannot by any means put the object at a real position. Even if I reset the imported object to 0,0,0, the actual 3D objects are still off by thousands of units.

Can I in MicroStation change something so the origin will always be correct?
